- 75 g canned tuna;

- lemon juice.
You need to peel the avocado, cut the fruit and place in a bowl. Use a fork to puree, add tuna. Thoroughly mix the fish and fruit until a homogeneous puree is obtained. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, then mix again. Add a drop of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve thickly spread on crispy grain bread. Ingredients:
- 200 g thinly sliced smoked salmon;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 st. l. olive oil;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 st. l. lemon juice;
- salt.
Place the chopped salmon in the bowl. Peel and squeeze the garlic, mix it together with the oil. Mix avocado with lemon juice, add garlic oil and salt. Spread the avocado cream evenly over the smoked salmon. Leave in the refrigerator until serving.
Serve on sliced, oil-fried baguettes.
Avocado hummus
Hummus is a snack option made from chickpeas or any other legumes. The plant-based chickpea contains a healthy combination of protein and fiber, making it the perfect healthy snack. There are many ways to make hummus, including using avocado.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, cut in half
- 400 g chickpeas;
- 1 clove of peeled, finely chopped garlic;
- 1-2 lemons, juice only;
- ½ Tabasco sauce;

- sea salt to taste;
- 6 ready-made pita bread slices.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover with cling film. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
Serve with pita bread.

- sea salt;
- black pepper.
Place the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. If the hummus is too thick, mix it with a little cold water. Serve with pita bread.
Cream variant
If you grind the avocado pate in a blender, you get a gentle, melt-in-your-mouth cream.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados;
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- 1/4 cup milk;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
Add avocado, cilantro, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper to the blender. Mix until smooth. Serve with bread.
If you do not add milk and sour cream to the mixture, you can get a lean version of the pate.
Pate with egg

Cut the fruit in half and remove the bone. Carefully separate the flesh and leave the skin intact. Using a fork, turn the avocado, egg, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a smooth paste. Place the avocado mixture back into the skin. A sprig of fresh parsley or coriander would be a suitable garnish for this recipe.
