Peeled fruits are cut into thick round pieces. In a mixture of half a glass of milk, three tablespoons of flour and one egg, wrap each piece and put it in a heated bowl greased with oil. The display shows the mode for baking. It takes about five minutes per side for the surface of the fruit to turn golden. Then the bananas are laid out on a paper surface - it will absorb excess oil. Serve with yogurt, honey or whipped cream.
  • In the oven. An easy way to make a nutritious banana casserole. Peeled bananas are cut lengthwise, spread on a baking sheet and poured with a sweet mass. The composition of the mass for 3 large bananas: 1 egg, 300 g of cottage cheese, half a glass of yogurt without additives, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar or honey, juice of half a lemon. The mass is stirred until a homogeneous consistency without lumps, poured over bananas. The dish is baked until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
  • In the microwave. A truly oriental delicacy in the microwave can be cooked in just 5-7 minutes. For one serving, peel the banana, cut into large rings, put on a dish.Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle the pieces with a thick layer. Cover with a lid and bake for 2 minutes. When serving, the dish can be poured with a spoonful of honey, cream or lemon juice.

  • In foil. Peeled and cut along the fruit, sprinkle with sugar, nut crumbs or cinnamon. Wrap in foil and put in preheated oven for 10 minutes.   • In the skin. The original dessert can be prepared in the form of a boat. To do this, on one side of the banana, an incision is made along the peel so that only part of the skin is removed. The petal is not completely torn off, but fixed with a skewer or toothpick at the base - a kind of sail is obtained. An incision is made in the pulp of the fruit, sprinkled with grated nuts, cinnamon or poured with a spoonful of honey. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the banana skin is a dark wood color.
  • In the test. This sweet dish is prepared by analogy with sausages in dough. Puff pastry (0.5 kg) is cut into narrow long strips. Bananas (4 pieces) are peeled, but not cut. Each fruit is wrapped with strips of dough from top to bottom, wrapping is repeated in 2-3 layers. Spread out on a baking sheet at a distance from each other, as the dough will increase in volume during baking. Each fruit is smeared with butter or egg white. Bake for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
  • Muesli. The original way of making diet cookies is suitable for a snack at work or for a children's afternoon snack.You will need 1 banana, a third of a glass of milk, a glass of oatmeal, 50 g of grated cashew nuts. Optionally, you can add half a teaspoon of sugar / vanillin / lemon zest, 50 g of raisins. Banana is mashed with a fork, milk, oatmeal and other ingredients are added. After 10 minutes, when the flakes swell well, small balls-cakes are rolled from the resulting dough and baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes until a fried crust.
