You will need:
- 1 avocado;
- olive oil - ½ or slightly less than a teaspoon;
- greens - a bunch of parsley, cilantro, dill;
- onion - 1 small head;
- baguette, toast bread or crispbread.
All ingredients, except bread and butter, should be washed, if necessary, cleaned, cut into small pieces, and then chopped in a blender. Then add olive oil drop by drop until the mixture becomes a paste.
This paste is spread on bread or loaves. The "top" of the sandwich can be different. A combination with shrimp, salted red fish, pastorma or a piece of baked meat, cucumber will be delicious.
It is not necessary to use all the paste at once, it can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Salad in a bowl of avocado
If you cut the fruit lengthwise into two parts, remove the stone, and then scoop out the pulp from each half with a spoon, you will get original boats. They can be filled with a variety of salads - crab, "Caesar", vegetable mixes.

Mix all the ingredients and put them inside the avocado halves. Season with mayonnaise or natural yogurt, to which you must first add garlic pressed through a press.
Guacamole
One of the most famous dishes not only in Mexican but also in world cuisines is avocado pasta. At home, it is used as a side dish for meat or fish, spread on bread, added to salads. In a word, guacamole is a worthy alternative to the useless mayonnaise and ketchup. Ingredients:
- 3 avocados;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 lime;
- a bunch of cilantro;
- 1 pod of chili pepper;
- garlic clove.
Cooking begins with the preparation of vegetables. Tomatoes should be peeled. To do this, a cruciform incision is made on their “ass”, after which the vegetable is doused with boiling water. Now, by pulling a little on the corner obtained during the cut, it will be possible to easily remove the skin.For convenience, the tomatoes are cut into slices.
Chili peppers should be cut lengthwise and cleaned of seeds, onions should also be peeled and cut into slices, garlic clove should be peeled.

For breakfast, an alligator pear can be used as part of sandwiches. These are simple recipes that even people who are far from cooking can make. What is nice is the quick recipes that require a minimum of products. The result is a hearty, healthy and balanced breakfast.
Bread with cottage cheese and avocado:
- 1 or ½ an avocado;
- A pack of bread;
- soft cheese in a briquette;
- cottage cheese;
- a small bunch of dill;
- salt to taste.

- 500 g chicken fillet (you can buy ready-made or cut from the breast);
- 1 avocado;
- 1 orange;
- 1 bell pepper;
- half a red or purple onion;
- 5-10 cherry tomatoes;
- wasabi;
- soy sauce;
- 100 g hard cheese, grated as for pasta.
First of all, prepare the breast. It can be boiled and disassembled into fibers, but it is tastier cut into thin slices and fried in a small amount of oil on the hot side. Cool the prepared chicken.
Next, they begin to prepare the sauce - for this, juice is squeezed out of an orange, which is mixed with wasabi and soy sauce. You can also cut the onion into thin rings here. Orange gives the finished dish original sweet and sour notes.

Unlike many vegetables and fruits, avocados are "friends" with heat treatment, retaining most of the nutrients in this cooking method. Avocado cream soup can be considered the most famous delicacy of this kind. The fruit here gives a real extravaganza of tastes, acts as a natural thickener.
Creamy Avocado Soup:
- 2 avocados;
- 500 ml vegetable broth;
- 100-150 g of crayfish necks, peeled boiled shrimp or seafood;
- 150 ml coconut milk;
- salt, herbs to taste.
Vegetable broth is pre-prepared, which is then brought to a boil. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces. Seafood is also cleaned, if necessary, boiled in salted water. Do the same with cancer necks.
Next, these ingredients are placed in a blender bowl along with coconut milk and are interrupted to a state of a homogeneous slurry. Then it is transferred to an empty pot or stewpan, poured with hot broth. The latter should be poured in gradually, with constant stirring. Avocado soup with chicken and vegetables:
- 2 avocados;
- 500 gr chicken fillet;
- 400 gr canned tomatoes in their own juice;
- 2 onions;
- clove of garlic;
- 2 liters of chicken broth (can be low-fat beef);
- vegetable oil;
- 70 gr grated cheese;
- spices - coriander, cumin, chili 1 teaspoon each;
- 1 lime.
First of all, you should heat the pan, add a little vegetable oil, on which fry the garlic pressed through the press and diced onion. When they become transparent, add coriander, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
After that, the mixture must be pureed together with tomatoes and juice in a blender, and then the resulting composition should be returned to the pan and sprinkled with caraway seeds. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.
The next step is to put the vegetable puree in a saucepan, add water, cook for 15 minutes. After this time, add thinly sliced chicken to the vegetable broth and let the broth boil.
After that, add diced avocado, lime juice, cheese, chili to the soup. Stir and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with fresh herbs and crackers. Can be topped with sour cream.

In addition to the fact that the fruit is rich in vitamins and microelements, it contains only 165 kcal per 100 g, and is also a “supplier” of healthy fats to the body. The natural fats and fiber that make up the alligator pear make it effective in gaining muscle mass.

From light snacks and salads, you can move on to more satisfying hot PP dishes. One of them is chickpeas with alligator pear sauce. Chickpeas are especially loved by athletes looking to gain muscle mass, as this type of legume is rich in protein.
However, the chickpeas themselves can be dry and bland. The situation will be saved by sauce or cream of avocado fruits with a piquant creamy taste.
Chickpeas with Avocado Sauce:
- 400 gr chickpeas;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 avocado;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- cilantro and parsley - in a bunch;
- a head of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
Soak chickpeas in cold water for 5-6 hours, then rinse and cook until tender (like peas). Do not allow overcooking. They are diluted with water, as well as milk, natural yogurt without additives. If the recipe calls for avocado boats, leave the skin on and remove most of the pulp. It is more convenient to do this with a dessert or teaspoon.
If pulp is required, then the peel is removed, the pulp is cut into cubes, thin plates or mashed.
Only the flesh of the ripe fruit is suitable for eating. The peel and stone contain dangerous toxic compounds that cause allergies. An unripe green fruit, like a spoiled one, should also not be eaten.
