Each appliance must be supplied with assembly and operating instructions, with which you can prepare the dryer itself. The products that are put into it must also undergo initial preparation. In general, the whole drying process is as follows.
- Assembly and installation of the dryer itself. The unit must be clean and dry, all wires must be covered with insulation. It is best not to leave the dryer unattended when starting it for the first time to make sure it works properly.
- Fruits or berries are washed with running water and laid out on a paper or waffle towel so that excess water is drained from them. Cuttings and stalks are torn off from them, if necessary, seeds and seeds are removed. You should not dry spoiled berries and fruits that have dark dots or rot are visible, but crumpled and overripe fruits are perfect for such processing.

Apples are peeled and peeled, cut into large pieces and stewed in the oven or deep frying pan until soft. Hot pieces are cooled and mashed using a meat grinder, blender or an ordinary fine sieve.
