  • you need to purchase multi-colored gelatin;
  • first, red gelatin is dissolved in a saucepan, poured into 10 grams at the bottom of several transparent glasses;
  • glasses are put in the refrigerator;
  • after 15 minutes, you need to make an orange layer, put it back in the refrigerator on the middle shelf;
  • it is possible to lay layers of whipped cream between the colored layers;
  • gradually lay out all seven layers;
  • after the last purple layer has solidified, you can decorate the finished jelly with whipped cream;
  • layered jelly is ready.

There are original recipes for jelly placed in a cut watermelon. First you need to wash it and cut it in half. The pulp should be removed, passed through a sieve. Watermelon halves must be thoroughly dried.

Then a transparent syrup is made over low heat: for 0.5 water you need to take 1 glass of sugar. Blanched fruits, cinnamon are added to the syrup. The mixture is boiled over low heat for three minutes. Swollen gelatin is added to the filtered and cooled mass. The mixture should be thoroughly stirred.

The inside of the halves of the watermelon should be held over the steam for several minutes. Then you can pour the jelly mixture into them, cool in the refrigerator. In the frozen syrup, you need to beautifully lay the pieces of fruit, add the jelly liquid again on top.

So you need to alternate fruits with syrup until both cups of watermelons are full. Then they must be wrapped with cling film and left in the refrigerator overnight. Dessert is served by slicing just like a regular watermelon.

Canned Cherry Jelly Recipe:

  • a tablespoon of gelatin is dissolved in hot water;
  • a glass of cherry juice is poured into a saucepan, heated over medium heat;
  • canned cherries are pierced with a hand mixer;
  • punched cherries are laid out on a sieve or colander, crushing them with a tablespoon;
  • mashed potatoes will drain into the container without the remains of the cherry peel;
  • puree and dissolved gelatin are added to a saucepan with cherry juice;
  • heated without bringing to a boil;
  • a third of the liquid is separated, the rest is poured into glasses;
  • the cooled and thickened separated part is beaten in a mixer;
  • jelly frozen in glasses is covered with airy jelly foam;
  • put in the refrigerator for several hours.

For children, you can make a jelly dessert from two apples. It is necessary to cut the fruit into slices, remove the seeds and remove the tail. Pieces of apples must be boiled, mashed, turning into gruel. Further, a tablespoon of sugar is added to the resulting puree, heated on the stove, but not boiled. A leaf of gelatin is dissolved in boiled cool water, placed in a gruel. After adding a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture, the dessert is transferred to prepared molds, sent to the refrigerator for 3 hours. Small children enjoy eating apple jelly with cream.

No gelatin

Often harvested for the winter jelly from apples without gelatin. You need to take 10 pieces of not too sweet fruits with a removed core. Washed lemon cut in half. Lemon halves with a cinnamon stick are added to sliced ​​apples. Fruits are poured with water and boiled over low heat for an hour.

Then the contents are placed in a sieve or colander with multilayer gauze, left for 8 hours for the liquid to drain into a porcelain or ceramic container. Fruits do not need to be pressed down, otherwise you will get a muddy dessert. A glass of sugar is added to the filtered liquid, brought to a boil and boiled for 20 minutes with continuous stirring with a wooden spoon.

The thickened liquid is poured into pre-sterilized glass jars. The sterile container, taken out of the oven, should be at the same temperature as the jelly. Hermetically sealed and twisted cans need to be cooled. Banks that have cooled at room temperature are stored in a cool place.

Sugarless

Squeeze juice from pumpkin and apples in a ratio of 4: 1. Add well-heated dissolved gelatin to the mixture of freshly squeezed juice. Pour into molds, which are kept in the refrigerator for three hours.

It turns out a dietary dish containing only 23 kcal, which does not cause allergic reactions. Recommended for children and people with diabetes.

From juice

Often, dessert is prepared from fruit or berry juice. You need to take 2 cups of any juice, pour 5 teaspoons of gelatin. After about an hour, the gelatin will swell. Then add a teaspoon of sugar, heat with continuous stirring, but do not allow the liquid to boil. Jelly is laid out in pre-prepared molds, cooled at room temperature. Dessert is decorated with berries or fruit slices. The dish freezes for several hours in the refrigerator.

With agar-agar

Grape dessert can also be made without adding sugar to it. It is necessary to add 3 teaspoons of agar-agar to freshly squeezed grape juice (200 ml). Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.With constant stirring, boil for another 2 minutes. Then you need to remove the pan from the stove. Add yogurt to the hot mass. Pour the mixture into glasses, chill in the refrigerator.

Agar-agar sets incredibly quickly. You can make a layered dish by placing boiled grape juice with agar-agar on a layer of yogurt. Top ready dessert can be decorated with grapes.

With pieces of fruit

The original very tasty jelly with sour cream and pieces of fruit can also be made at home. To prepare the dessert you will need peaches, grapes, kiwi and banana. First, a bag of gelatin must be dissolved in a glass of milk. After half an hour, the liquid with already swollen gelatin is heated in a water bath. The mass should be constantly stirred. She shouldn't boil.

Washed fruits are cut into pieces, removing bones and seeds from them. The skin must also be removed. Sugar (1 cup) is poured into low-fat sour cream (500 g), beaten in a mixer. Then the liquid with gelatin is added.

Place cling film or damp baking paper on the bottom of the container. The first layer is made from slices of banana and kiwi. Next comes the jelly layer. Then they put slices of peach and grapes, again cover with a jelly mixture. Alternate layers consisting of pieces of fruit with jelly layers. Top the dish with slices of the remaining fruit.

After cooling in the refrigerator, the sweet dish is ready. It can be decorated with coconut or chocolate shavings.

Tips

Gelatin should be heated very carefully. It should not boil, otherwise its main jelly properties may be lost. It is desirable to use gelatin in granules, which dissolves quickly. First it must be soaked, then heated in a water bath.

The cooled jelly liquid is mixed with the base gradually. The solution should be evenly distributed. Turbidity and sediment will be eliminated by filtering the settled fresh juice through gauze.

Lemon juice will help prevent cloying jelly from too sweet fruits. They need to sprinkle the fruit pieces before mixing.

Canned fruits must be rid of excess moisture, which will not allow the jelly liquid to harden well.

Candied fruits, vanillin, cinnamon, fragrant apples, pears and citrus fruits will add aroma and special taste to jelly.
