    Recently, many housewives prefer freezing cilantro, which has been pre-treated in vegetable oil. To do this, the plant is manually broken into several pieces (no more than 3 centimeters) and ground with a blender. Vegetable oil is added to the resulting mixture in a ratio of 80 milliliters per 50 grams of grass. Then the contents are intensively mixed until a puree is formed, which is subsequently poured into ice molds and put into the freezer. As soon as the puree freezes and takes shape, it is packaged in sealed bags and sent for storage in the freezer for several months.
