Cheesecakes made from buckwheat flour will also not cause much trouble. The sauce for them is prepared from 100 grams of sour cream and a tablespoon of sugar, and the dish itself is made from:
- 200 grams of cottage cheese;
- one egg;
- 40 grams of buckwheat flour;
- pinches of salt;
- half a teaspoon of baking powder.
