How to get out of the buckwheat diet?

How to get out of the buckwheat diet?

To give the figure grace, sometimes you have to resort to strict diets. True, doctors and nutritionists advise not to engage in such violence against the body, however, many ladies use various mono-diets, which are becoming increasingly popular. Since it is impossible to stop them, you should talk about ways to properly exit the diet so that it does not cause irreparable harm to health.

Peculiarities

During the application of the buckwheat diet, everyone tries to comply with its conditions. However, the fact that they need to be remembered even during the period of exit from it is not even known to everyone, and even more so they are observed.

  • Firstly, when switching from a diet to a regular diet, a person greatly harms the stomach. He got used even for a short period of the diet to small loads. It is difficult for a “rested” stomach to return to the previous portions and heavy food, which affects the entire digestive system.
  • Secondly, if the rules are not followed, soon after leaving the diet, a person quickly gains the same weight and even more.

This is not absurdity, but inexorable facts. What is it connected with? Whatever type of buckwheat diet you choose, the principle is quite tough - eat only porridge for the entire period, in rare cases with the addition of kefir, vegetables, chicken fillet. Even in combination with them, the diet is not sufficiently complete. So there is a loss of kilograms: the body does not receive all the necessary nutrients, and the fat reserve comes into play.

But the process moves with difficulty: the body does not want to spend its fat. Metabolism slows down in the body.A person develops apathy, weakness, constant drowsiness. This body is reluctant to part with fat and conserves energy.

Everyone who turned to mono-diets could notice rapid weight loss from the beginning of their use. By the end of the diet, this no longer happens due to the struggle of the body. He fights not only for energy savings, but also tries to return the outgoing stock.

At the end of the diet, the metabolism remains inhibited, and the substances coming from the diet go to replenish the fat supply. That is why, after a mono-diet, the mass is quickly restored.

How to get out?

To properly exit the buckwheat diet, it is recommended to adhere to the following dietitian recommendations.

  • From simple products to heavy ones. Add foods to your diet gradually. Start with the lightest and gradually work up to the heaviest to digest. It will take 2-3 days to get used to each type of food with a seven-day or longer diet. If the diet lasted a shorter period, then a new type of food is mastered in 1 day. The ideal option for the introduction of products after a diet:
    • 15th and 16th days - honey, fruits and berries, nuts of various kinds. All of these products will not harm the body. Leaving the buckwheat diet according to this schedule will become a kind of part of the diet itself.
    • 13th and 14th days - bread, durum pasta, cereals;
    • 11th and 12th days - solid milk products;
    • 9th and 10th days - liquid products from milk;
    • then you can include oil for salad dressing and potatoes in the diet;
    • the next two days - meat, fish, chicken dishes;
    • two more days - eggs;
    • in the first two days - raw vegetables;
  • Limit the use of spices and sauces. The habit of salt makes dishes insipid without it.During monofasting, it is desirable to moderate the consumption of salty, spicy, sour, sweet. This is especially true for mayonnaise. If you want to have a slender figure, you will have to completely abandon it.
  • After the introduction of the last products into the diet for at least a week, you still need to eat according to the resulting list. It’s not worth getting upset that you can’t switch to your usual diet: during these days the body will finally return to normal, and most importantly, you will lose more weight than even during fasting. Moreover, this weight loss will be painless for health. Another plus will be the acquisition of healthy eating habits. For example, mayonnaise, which you have lost the habit of, will no longer attract you.
  • When following any diet, you need to drink plenty of fluids. Fulfillment of this condition will help enhance metabolic reactions in the body. It is necessary to correctly build a drinking regime, and the problem will be solved. The required minimum is at least 1.5 liters of water per day, preferably 2.

Remember! Other drinks are not included in this amount. Sweetened drinks and sugar itself are unacceptable to exit the mono-diet.

  • To restore the metabolic processes in the body will help the introduction of more useful trace elements into food. They are very lacking during the diet. In the summer, using a sufficient range of fruits and vegetables for the season, this is not difficult to do. In the winter months, it is problematic to saturate the diet with them. It remains to use multivitamin complexes. It is important to remember the correct doses here - an overabundance of vitamins does not lead to good either. A suitable drug and the optimal dosage will be selected by a specialist.
  • One of the elements of the process of proper weight loss should certainly be sports exercises. And not only during the period of starvation, when they are needed for a quick result, but also after the exit to improve metabolism. In addition, physical activity brings enormous health benefits, improves the figure. After all, when losing weight, muscle fat is lost - their tone returns to normal.
  • You should pay attention not only to products, but also to the correct way to use them. The daily diet must be crushed - there are small portions 5 times a day.

          They sit on buckwheat because of the cheapness and lack of need to cook, so it is unlikely that anyone will do such a way out) I don’t eat almost all of these eggplants, cottage cheese and buckwheat pancakes. And what to do? Can you drink sweet tea when leaving and gradually add food: first a couple of eggs for breakfast and dinner, plus salads, then an egg with a tomato and a chicken baked in the oven, etc.?)
