Jam

- 1 kg of lemongrass;
- 1.5 kg of granulated sugar;
- 100 ml of water.
It is recommended to take slightly unripe berries so that they do not fall apart during the cooking process. Compote

- 3-4 apples;
- 200 g lemongrass;
- 1 liter of water;
- 300 g of honey;
- 40 ml apple cider vinegar.
