Boil fresh milk for 1-2 minutes, wait for it to cool to 38-40 degrees. Starter is added to warm milk (2 teaspoons per 1 liter of milk), everything is thoroughly mixed. The container with fermented milk is covered with a lid, the container is wrapped to maintain the temperature or left in a warm place for 6-7 hours. The finished product is poured into portioned jars and stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

If you cook the product yourself, it will turn out to be both healthy and tasty. If you wish, you can add fresh fruit to your portion, but not in a common pan.

How to store?

This thermostatic product is stored no more than 5 days from the moment of its preparation. Better to keep in the refrigerator.If ready-made yogurt is purchased, then the expiration date is longer than indicated, which means that it contains a lot of preservatives, so there will be no benefit from such a drink.
