As a result of a successful experiment, a new recipe for a unique drink was obtained. This discovery has not gone unnoticed. The Greeks liked the cocktail very much. Subsequently, it quickly spread to Europe. Especially the drink is preferred by residents of southern European countries.

In a container, you need to thoroughly mix instant coffee (5 g) with sugar (5 g), then add boiled icy water (100 ml), beat vigorously until a stable foam is obtained. Then the beige composition is poured into a glass, after which, very carefully, so as not to spoil the foam, cool milk (100 ml) is poured in a thin stream. At the final stage, crushed pieces of ice (200 g) are added.
Greek frappe is very easy to make: liquor and cool milk (300 ml) are intensively whipped with coffee (50 g), ice chips (8 cubes) are added. Any sweetener is added as desired. For two people, only one spoonful of sugar is consumed. Pour instant coffee with sugar into a shaker, pour cool milk, beat vigorously. Then you need to put ice in the glass, carefully pour the prepared drink.
Decorate the cocktail traditionally with whipped cream. It will take only 5 minutes to make a Greek drink.
This coffee is an excellent thirst quencher. Residents of Cyprus and Greece prefer to constantly enjoy a great cocktail. One of the most unusual recipes involves making a coffee cocktail from peaches. First you need to chop up half a kilogram of fresh juicy peaches. Half a liter of cow's milk is mixed with the same amount of coconut milk, brought to a boil and cooled. Add a vanilla stick, chopped peaches to the liquid. Then the mixture must be vigorously beaten, poured into glasses and crushed ice is added.

It is recommended to drink a cocktail in the interval between breakfast and lunch, preferably once a day, sometimes twice a day. Its use is not advised immediately after a meal: due to its low temperature, it helps to slow down the digestion of food.
Frappe contains high levels of caffeine, so you need to drink it at least six hours before bedtime. Otherwise, a sleepless night is guaranteed.
