The history of coffee brewing goes back several centuries. Now it is not difficult for us to prepare a cup of an invigorating drink at home. The copper cezve was the first coffee maker. It was invented by the Turks. They heated this device on hot sand or an open fire.

- separate the top and bottom of the device;
- pour purified water into the lower bowl up to the mark or safety valve;

- clean the edges of the filter from powder particles so that the coffee maker closes tightly;
- firmly screw the top to the bottom;
- put the machine on low heat (for an electric stove - minimum power), if you brew coffee on high heat, the drink may have a bitter taste;
- remove the coffee maker from the stove when the water stops flowing into the upper bowl (you will understand by the sound);
- leave the coffee to stand for another minute, and then pour the finished drink into mugs (preferably warm);
- wait for the coffee maker to cool down if you plan to make a few more servings.
