The complex of useful substances is especially well preserved when harvested fresh. Regular and dosed use of such seasonings strengthens the immune system, enhances the protective functions of the body, positively affects the energy of a person, his circulatory system and other functions.
Quick-frozen seasonings also look good, smell good, and retain up to eighty percent of the value of the vegetables used. They bring more health benefits than thermally processed ones.
Dried vegetables are inferior in terms of the preservation of nutrients to other harvesting methods, but compared to fresh fruits, they save up to fifty percent of vitamins and microelements.
