Add 200 grams of champignons and celery root (grate).As it is fried, pour in a liter of water and cook until tender. After, we turn everything into a liquid puree with a blender and, sprinkled with a pinch of oregano, let it brew a little. Makes four servings.
"Cream Soup"
Grind white cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers and green beans, each ingredient 100 grams and 300 grams. grated celery root. Pour the vegetables with one glass of liquid tomato juice, bring to readiness and grind in a blender. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs.
