Peaches with ice cream

The first of the proposed desserts is an unusual combination of hot caramelized peach pieces and cold refreshing ice cream.

To prepare this dessert you will need:

  • two fresh peaches;
  • three tablespoons of butter;
  • four tablespoons of sugar;
  • one or two tablespoons of honey;
  • vanilla ice cream;
  • If desired, you can add a pinch of vanilla sugar.

Cooking method:

  • First, rinse and dry the peaches thoroughly, then cut them in half and remove the pits. After that, cut the resulting halves of peaches into slices.
  • Once the peaches are finely chopped, melt the butter over low heat. To do this, you need a small frying pan. Add honey, sugar and, if desired, a pinch of vanilla sugar to the melted butter. After the above steps, the mixture should be boiled over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Now dip the peach slices into the boiling mixture. Slices should be kept in the pan for about 6 minutes on each side. It is important to consider that the fire should be minimal.
  • When the dish is ready, it should be carefully placed on a plate and pour over the mixture in which it was cooked. To the table, this dessert should be served with slices of vanilla ice cream.

The next peach dessert is presented in the form of cottage cheese jelly with whipped cream. Dessert is perfect in the summer heat, it can act not only as a dessert, but also as a full meal.

To make this peach dessert, you will need:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 15 grams of gelatin;
  • 6-8 fresh peaches;
  • whipped cream.

First, soak the gelatin in one glass of water, then, heating over low heat, wait until it is completely dissolved. Next, you will need to beat the cottage cheese together with sour cream and sugar until smooth, for which you need a blender. Add the already dissolved gelatin to the resulting mixture, and then beat the mixture very thoroughly again.

Now we move on to the next step in preparing our dish. We take the form and put neatly chopped fruits on its bottom. Pour in the previously prepared mixture. We put the form in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but if time allows, it is better to leave the form in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After the time has passed, we remove the form from the refrigerator and lower it into hot water for about a minute. After that, we take the form out of the water and carefully turn it over onto a dish. The jelly should slide out of the mold onto the dish without any problems.

Our dish is almost ready, it remains only to decorate it with whipped cream, cut into neat pieces and you can serve it to the table.

An important point in the preparation of this dish is that the peaches should be cut as small as possible, since large pieces are much heavier than jelly and will deform it.
