After all the liquid is drained, and the cereal is poured into a separate three-liter pan. Rice is poured with water (two glasses). All this is boiled on the stove.

Pour out all the water from the pot with a colander. Place the rice grains on a towel and wait until they are completely cool and dry. At the same time, take a baking sheet and lightly grease it with olive or vegetable oil.

Carefully spread the cooled product in an even layer on a greased baking sheet. The height of the layer should not exceed 0.5 cm. Preheat the oven chamber to a temperature of at least 135 degrees.

Bake the rice in a preheated oven for two hours. After that, leave the grains to cool. Then make small clumps out of them with your hands.

At the same time, take a three-liter saucepan and pour sunflower oil into it (height 2.5 centimeters). Lower the resulting rice products to the bottom of this container. Fry them until they start to puff up a little.This will take several minutes.

After that, carefully remove the rice products with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel. At the end, they can be lightly salted or even sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Rice in the microwave

To make such a rice mass, you first need to prepare a special form for baking in the microwave. It is necessary to mix butter (50 grams) and marshmallows (200 grams).

Place the dishes with these ingredients in the microwave for two minutes. At the same time, the power of the device should be the highest (about 800-900 W). Stir regularly.

Later, take out the mixture and mix it in a separate bowl with rice fluffy flakes. At the same time, prepare the dishes for baking food. Lubricate it with refined oil in advance.

Pour the rice mixture into this greased pan. It should be carefully crushed to the bottom of the container with a regular spoon. Leave it to cool in this state for at least two hours. Then cut the mass into smaller pieces and serve them to the table.

Puffed rice in caramel

First, thoroughly washed cereals are sent to fry for a short time in a frying pan. After the rice grains are laid out on a paper towel so that they dry and cool.

At the same time, you should prepare a special sweet filling for the future dish. To make it, you need to place margarine (80 grams) and any caramel sweets (350 grams) in a separate container. The dishes with these ingredients are put on fire and boiled until the products completely turn into a liquid.

The already cooled flakes are gradually poured into the resulting sweet syrup. All this is thoroughly mixed. From this sticky mass, small sweet balls are made by hand.

Rice clots are carefully placed on parchment or special cling film. They are left there to cool completely.

Airy sweet rice bars

To begin with, honey, peanut butter, granulated sugar and salt are mixed in one bowl. Some housewives recommend warming the mixture a little more in the microwave for a few minutes.

After that, oatmeal and rice are added to the mixture (one glass of each product). In this form, the whole mass is again thoroughly mixed. At the same time, you should prepare the cling film and grease it a little with vegetable oil.

Puffed rice with chocolate topping
