Sour cream is one of those products that are commonly called primordially Slavic, because it is especially popular in the dishes of the Eastern Slavs (Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians). By the way, sour cream or sour cream product is not sour cream, but its non-natural analogue. As a rule, there is no cream in sour cream, but there are vegetable fats, thickeners and stabilizers. This composition allows the product to be stored for a longer amount of time.
