Eucalyptus - This is an evergreen tree that grows in Australia and its surrounding islands. Eucalyptus oil is obtained from the leaves of the plant by distillation with water - hydrodistillation. To get rid of dandruff, mix one part almond or olive oil and one part eucalyptus oil. Apply the resulting mixture with massaging movements on the scalp before going to bed 1-2 times a week.

To relieve joint pain mix 3 drops of eucalyptus oil, 3 drops of thyme oil, 1 drop of peppermint oil and 1 drop of juniper berry oil. The mixture can be used instead of massage oil or added to a warm bath.
