Tie the neck of the bottle with gauze and leave in a dry, dark place for 3 or 4 days. When the syrup is formed, add about 0.5 liters of vodka (try to choose a good, quality product) and leave in the same place for another 7 days. After a week, the tincture must be filtered. After that, you can start treatment.

Alcohol tincture of eucalyptus is usually used diluted in proportions: 1 tsp. medication in a glass of water. Depending on the disease and method of treatment, the tincture is used 1-4 times a day for 7-10 days. On the recommendation of a doctor, the course of treatment can be repeated after two weeks.

• With cervical erosion, 1 tsp dilute eucalyptus alcohol tincture in a glass of clean, warm water. Apply in the form of douches 2 times a day.
• Inflammatory diseases of the throat and larynx, it is recommended to gargle 3 or 4 times a day with a diluted tincture of eucalyptus.
• For rheumatism and sciatica, rubbing with tincture of eucalyptus 2-3 times a day until the symptoms disappear. After the procedure, it is recommended to wrap the sore spot with a warm woolen scarf.

With a strong cough, inhalation with eucalyptus vapor can be carried out. To do this, dilute 20 drops of tincture in a glass of hot water and inhale for 10 minutes 2 times a day. For steam inhalation, you can also use special devices - inhalers and nebulizers. In this case, 1 tsp.eucalyptus tincture is diluted in 1 glass of saline. For one procedure, 3 ml of solution is enough.

The excellent antiseptic properties of eucalyptus tincture allow it to be used to care for problem skin. It can be applied in the form:

• Spot remedy for acne.

• Method 1. Take 1 tbsp. dry yeast and dilute in eucalyptus tincture so that the consistency of the mixture resembles a liquid slurry. Add 1 tsp. kefir. Apply to cleansed face, avoiding the eye area. The layer should be as thick as possible. After the mask hardens, wash it off with plenty of warm water.
• Method 2. Mix egg yolk with 100 ml of viburnum juice and 1 tsp. tincture of eucalyptus. Soak a piece of very thin natural tissue with this mixture and apply it on the face. Keep for 10 minutes. Then once again dip the cloth into the mixture, and keep it on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mask with cold water and apply a nourishing cream to the skin of the face.

With the help of eucalyptus tincture, you can also get rid of dandruff and strengthen the hair structure.

For this, 1 tbsp. calendula petals brew in 0.5 liters of boiling water. When the broth has cooled, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. tincture of eucalyptus. After you wash your hair with your regular shampoo, rinse your hair with the resulting solution. It doesn't need to be washed off.

Eucalyptus tincture can also be used for bath procedures.
