How to do
Rules for applying a cinnamon hair mask:
- It is best to take a new bag of spices for masks or use a recently opened package.
- Remember that cinnamon is a strong and rather aggressive spice, which should be used with caution. Before trying a new recipe, test your sensitivity by applying a small amount of the mixture to the skin of the elbow. Do not make a mask if you feel a strong burning sensation, the skin is reddened or covered with a rash.
- Apply the cinnamon mask mixture to cleansed hair. Treat the roots first, and then distribute the product along the length of the hair. Do not rub the mask into the skin, so as not to cause irritation.
- Hair with a cinnamon mask is covered with a film and a towel or a warm scarf.
- Treatment time depends on your sensitivity and prescription. If you want to make a mask with cinnamon powder, but do not want to get a brightening effect, keep the mixture on your hair for up to 30 minutes.
- Such masks are carried out in courses for at least one month, performing 2-3 procedures per week.

- 1 egg or yolk
- 15 g ground cinnamon
Kefir for such a recipe is taken at room temperature and injected in parts. The ingredients of the mask should be mixed and applied to the hair, rinsed off after 30-45 minutes. This mixture improves blood circulation and strengthens the vessels of the skin on the head, thereby increasing the flow of nutrients to the hair roots.
Recovery:
- ripe banana
- Ground cinnamon (tsp)
- Coconut oil (3 tablespoons)
Add coconut oil and powdered cinnamon to a banana mashed with a fork, mix well and after applying to damp hair, hold for 30-40 minutes.
For scalp massage:
- 5 st. l. olive oil
- 5 drops cinnamon essential oil
Apply the mixed ingredients to the scalp, massaging it in a circular motion with your fingertips (you can also use a special brush).
Conditioning mask:
- ground cinnamon
- Water
Stir the spice in boiled water to make a liquid slurry. Apply this paste evenly to wet, washed hair, rubbing the strands a little with your fingers. Wrapping your head in a film and a towel, keep the mask for 6-8 hours. The procedure is very convenient to carry out before going to bed, and in the morning rinse the hair in cool water.
For hair growth and strengthening:
- 4 tbsp. spoons of cosmetic clay
- Pinch of red pepper
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp. spoons of burdock oil (you can take castor oil)
- Yolk
Soak the clay in water, mix with pepper and cinnamon, and then with butter and fresh yolk. Leave the mixture on your hair for 15-30 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo. Choose clay depending on the condition of the hair - blue is recommended for weakened ones, green is advised for dandruff, and white is best for dyed hair. You can also add aromatic oils to the recipe - lemon oil for oily hair, and tea tree or rosemary oil for dry hair.
