To do this, take about 100 grams of grape leaves, carefully sort them out and wash them, removing rotten and damaged leaves. Then put them in a small saucepan, knead a little and pour half a liter of boiling water over them. Put the container on a slow fire and simmer for about 60 minutes under the lid.
