An apple is one of the healthiest foods in the human diet.   • A soaked apple is different in that it retains the original concentration of useful components, including vitamins. The nutritional value of 100 g of it will be 47 kcal. Such a product helps to stabilize the intestinal microflora.
  • If juice is made from a red apple, then its energy value is 42 kcal. This applies to juice in its pure form, where there are no additives introduced on the production lines.
